Ordering

A Tracker is allocated on the system and then given to a customer at order time.

Locate Customer Table

When a customer is seated the table is immediately added to the system and it's shown on all screens.

Deliver Food

Customer table is identified on-screen by staff and the order is taken directly to the exact table.

Data Analysis

On-screen all orders are coded: Grey is on-time, Amber is nearing late and red is late order. All data can be further analysed or even consolidated over the whole estate if necessary.
